Abstract:
Provided are a system, a device, and a program that are capable of accomplishing a delivery service in which a sharing economy is adopted. This delivery assistance device (24) comprises: a selection means (66) which, every time an article (12) is to be delivered, selects a delivery agent, from among a plurality of delivery agents listed in a deliverer list (72) stored in a memory means (68); and a lock control means (64) which performs control so as to cause a transmission/reception means (60) to transmit, to a deliverer's terminal (20) associated with the selected delivery agent, a key for unlocking an electric lock (40) that is locked upon posting of the article (12).
