Abstract:
The invention relates to a system for the flotation and immersion control of platforms supported on the sea bed, said platforms floating to arrive at the installation position thereof, where they are supported on a foundation supported by a set of floats (1, 2). Said floats comprise vent valves controlled from a control centre for managing the flooding thereof, and therefore the immersion of the platform, and surfaces consisting of a geotextile material (11) on which a breakwater is mounted. The invention also relates to a method for installing a platform on the sea bed using said system.
