Abstract:
The disclosed system is provided with: an active-component-generating device (3) that has a discharge unit (1) that discharges electricity by applying a high voltage, and that generates and releases an active component that contains at least H2O2; and a release chamber (4) into which the aforementioned active component generated by the active-component-generating device (3) is released. The inner-surface-configuring member (5) that configures the inner surface of the release chamber (4) contains one of either Fe or Mn or Co.
