Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for guiding performance optimization of a sewing-based shaping device, wherein: an optimal setting value for driving various manufacturing models manufactured by makers of sewing machines and embroidery machines is recognized; the same is not necessarily input directly, but update control of firmware, which has an optimal setting value applied thereto according to driving of respective manufacturing models, is automatically guided, thereby improving the operating efficiency of various models that constitute sewing machines and embroidery machines; and, when the operator arbitrarily sets a setting value for each driving motor and inputs the same in order to maximize the operating efficiency according to the type of the operation of the sewing-based shaping device installed in his/her factory, the setting value is turned into firmware, which can be identically applied to and used for other devices managed by the operator. The present invention is advantageous in that an optimal setting value for driving various manufacturing models manufactured by makers of sewing machines and embroidery machines is recognized, and the same is not necessarily input directly, but update control of firmware, which has an optimal setting value applied thereto according to driving of respective manufacturing models, is automatically guided, thereby improving the operating efficiency of various models that constitute sewing machines and embroidery machines. The present invention is also advantageous in that, when the operator arbitrarily sets a setting value for each driving motor and inputs the same in order to maximize the operating efficiency according to the type of the operation of the sewing-based shaping device installed in his/her factory, the setting value is turned into firmware, which can be identically applied to and used for other devices managed by the operator.
