Abstract:
Provided is a system (1) having: a monitoring unit (50) which analyzes, by using a sensor (51), a first gas component which has a possibility of including a first component; and a pre-separation unit (30) disposed upstream from the monitoring unit. The pre-separation unit has: a first supply line (31) which supplies a first gas (35) to the monitoring unit; a second supply line (32) which supplies, to the monitoring unit, a second gas (36) including components except for the first component removed from the first gas by means of a first separator (40); and an automatic valve station (38) which periodically switches the first supply line and the second supply line to thereby alternately supply, to the monitoring unit, the first gas and the second gas.
