Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system that restricts the remote control of air conditioners via a network, and also provide an information processing device, an air conditioner, a method, and a program. The present invention is a system which remotely controls an air conditioner and is characterized in that: the system includes a restriction means for restricting the remote control of the air conditioner according to the state of the air conditioner; and the restriction means restricts the remote control of the air conditioner when the maintenance/management of the air conditioner is being performed. Furthermore, the air conditioner is characterized by switching to a mode in which remote control is not accepted when the maintenance/management is being performed.
