The present invention relates to a secondary battery and, more particularly, to a system for inspecting a leak of a secondary battery, which inspects a leak of a secondary battery sealed with a pouch. Disclosed is a system for inspecting a leak of a secondary battery which comprises: a secondary batter cell (20) of a plate-like structure, in which a first electrode sheet (13) and a second electrode sheet (14) are stacked alternately and a separator (12) is positioned between the first electrode sheet (13) and the second electrode sheet (14); and a pouch (11) for sealing the secondary battery cell (20) impregnated in an electrolyte, the system for inspecting a leak of a secondary battery (10) comprising: a loading unit (100) for sequentially loading the secondary battery (10) so that a plate surface of the secondary battery (10) faces upward; a leak inspection unit (200) for checking a leak of the secondary battery (10) by measuring a change in a distance from a loading surface of the secondary battery (10) to the plate surface in a predetermined vacuum state after receiving the secondary battery (10) from the loading unit (100); and an unloading unit (300) for unloading a secondary battery (10) which is inspected to be in good condition by the leak inspection unit (200).
