Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for integrally managing the loosening of a fastening part by using capacitance measurement, the system measuring, in real time, a degree of fastening force between a bolt and a nut in a washer unit, reading, by means of a sensing unit, whether the measured degree of fastening force is within a normal or abnormal range, transmitting an abnormal signal to a central control unit when the read signal is within the abnormal range, and allowing the central control unit to transmit, to a nearby worker in charge, an alarm signal including location information of the washer unit again, so as to quickly and accurately resolve the loosening of the bolt and the nut, thereby enabling quick and systematic measures in real time.
