Abstract:
A method for issuing stamps by using a stamp card, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: providing a stamp card sales procedure according to the types of stamp cards, and issuing the stamp card through the stamp card sales procedure; providing a mail option selection procedure when a purchase request signal is received from a user terminal, and determining a payment method according to the information selected through the mail option selection procedure and to the type of service used by a user; providing a payment procedure or a mail registration confirmation print procedure according to whether the payment method is prepayment or post payment; and providing a print procedure for a stamp issuance or a first day cover when payment is completed through the payment procedure.
