Abstract:
A patrol robot (1), provided with multiple magnetic sensors for detecting magnetic markers (50) placed on a track, has two or more magnetic sensors arranged on sensor array lines that extend linearly in any direction; two sensor array lines are formed on the patrol robot (1), and because at least one sensor array line can cross the relative movement direction of the magnetic markers (50) with movement of the patrol robot (1), it is possible to detect the magnetic markers with high reliability, regardless of how the patrol robot moves.
