Abstract:

Provided is a system that comprises: a plurality of aircraft that have antennas that are for forming a communication area on the ground and providing wireless communication services to user terminals that are within the communication area; and a management device that manages the plurality of aircraft. The management device has a signal transmission part that transmits a remote control signal to an aircraft that has been selected as a remote control target from among the plurality of aircraft. Each of the plurality of aircraft has: a remote control flight control part that, when the aircraft has been selected as the remote control target, makes the aircraft fly on the basis of the remote control signal as received from the management device; and a synchronous flight control part that, when the aircraft has not been selected as the remote control target, makes the aircraft fly in synchronization with another aircraft that has been selected as the remote control target.
