Abstract:
A system for managing online records by individuals via a network according to the present invention comprises: user equipment capable of registering an ID of a user to a management server, registering iris information, transmitted after capturing an image of the user, to the management server by means of a password, authenticating iris information which the user equipment receives via an iris sensor and accessing a network, recording voice information of major events in daily life told by the user, converting the voice information into a text, storing, on the user equipment, the converted text information, the recorded voice information, and image information of major events in daily life of the user which have been captured and recorded, providing the text information, the voice information and the image information via a display unit of the user equipment, performing an editing process, transmitting, after the editing, the outcomes to the management server for storage and management, receiving the stored and managed recorded voice information and/or text information and/or image information from the management server, and displaying same; pre-designated designated user equipment which the user has designated and registered and stored on the management server via the user equipment, and which, on the user's demand, receives the recorded voice information and/or the text information and/or the image information on the management server and displays same; the management server which receives the ID and the iris password from the user equipment and stores same, authenticates the ID and iris information, stores and manages the recorded voice information, the converted text information and the image information of the user corresponding to the ID, by individuals, time slots and dates, and transmits, to the pre-designated designated user equipment and on the user's demand made via the user equipment, the stored recorded voice information and/or text information and/or image information, of the user, by individuals, dates and time slots; and an internet network or a wireless communication network for connecting multiple pieces of user and designated user equipment with the management server via a network.
