Abstract:
A system for manual laying process control, and a laying method therefor. The system mainly consists of a dynamic laser projection device (1) and a manual laying tool that is provided with a signal emitting head. Bar codes of cut pieces can be scanned by using the dynamic laser projection device (1), so as to determine whether the cut pieces are consistent to laying boundaries (3) of the cut pieces of a projection; in addition, by means of the dynamic laser projection device (1), information such as the laying starting region (4), the sequential compaction region (6) and the shearing opening position (7) can be sequentially and dynamically projected; relevant operations are performed in a corresponding region by using the manual laying tool provided with a signal emitting head; the dynamic laser projection device (1) analyzes and determines whether relevant operations are completed by sensing signals emitted by the signal emitting head; further, a corresponding region to be operated in a next step is projected. By means of the system, the whole manual laying process is controlled, the uniformity of laying layers among products can be effectively ensured; meanwhile, the consistency of the designed laying layer and the manufactured laying layer can be ensured, thereby reducing the impacts of artificial factors on the laying quality.
