Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a technology of forming a sensing marker, such as an AprilTag, on a protective film so that positional tolerance is adjusted during protective film shaping, and summoning, onto the screen of a smartphone or the like, an image matched to the sensing marker formed on the protective film, so that the protective film is attached to the screen on the basis thereof. A system for manufacturing a 3D protective film with improved manufacturing position precision and attachment convenience, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a fabric processing device for processing each of an intermediate fabric, which is a fabric of an intermediate liquid crystal protective film included in a protective film protecting the liquid crystal surface of an electronic device, an upper fabric, which is a fabric of a hard coating surface protective film formed on the intermediate liquid crystal protective film, and a lower fabric, which is a fabric of an adhesive surface protective film formed beneath the intermediate liquid crystal protective film; a laminating device for forming a laminated fabric by laminating the upper fabric, the lower fabric and the intermediate fabric; a shape-processing device for forming a pre-shaped protective film by processing the laminated fabric; a marker formation device for forming a film sensing marker formed on the protective film in a predetermined shape; and a forming device for shaping the protective film.
