Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a system for manufacturing a secondary battery by using high-frequency induction heating laminating, the system not directly applying, during battery cell laminating, heat to electrodes and mesh, which determines the air permeability of a separator, and allowing adhesion through ultra-low pressure distribution using a belt press laminating system of high-frequency induction heating (aluminum, copper) technology, thereby enabling cell manufacturing quality to be significantly improved. The present invention comprises: a transfer part capable of alternately stacking separators, all-solid-state anodes and all-solid-state cathodes, which constitute an electrode cell, and transferring same in one direction; and a high-frequency induction heating belt press laminating part, which is provided on the path of the transfer part, and applies heat only to metal area that constitutes the all-solid-state anode and the all-solid-state cathode, without directly applying heat to electrodes and mesh, which determines the air permeability of a separator, and thus the separators, the all-solid-state anodes and the all-solid-state cathodes can be adhered through ultra-low pressure distribution.
