Abstract:
The present invention discloses a system for measuring coffee roasting chromaticity and a method for measuring same. The present invention provides a coffee colorimeter such that anyone can easily measure the roasting chromaticity value of coffee beans by using a portable device such as a smartphone. Accordingly, it is possible to provide or receive coffee having a high degree of reliability while allowing anyone to easily distinguish the roasting degree of coffee beans. In addition, it is possible to develop roasting online, and it can be expected to have an effect that helps to ensure uniform roasting quality.
