Abstract:
The present invention provides a hollow fiber deaeration module which has both excellent deaeration performance and excellent smoothness of a liquid contact surface. More specifically, the present invention provides a hollow fiber deaeration module 5 which comprises: an airtight container 9; a tube unit 8 that is arranged within the airtight container 9, and is configured by bundling a plurality of tubes 7; a first connector part 13 that is arranged at a liquid feed port 9c of the airtight container 9 so as to penetrate from the inside to the outside of the airtight container 9, while being engaged with the airtight container 9; and a second connector part 14 that is arranged at a liquid discharge port 9d of the airtight container 9 so as to penetrate from the inside to the outside of the airtight container 9, while being engaged with the airtight container 9. The tube unit 8 has one end 8a which is connected in an airtight manner to the first connector part 13 that is arranged at the liquid feed port 9c of the airtight container 9, and the other end 8b which is connected in an airtight manner to the second connector part 14 that is arranged at the a liquid discharge port 9d of the airtight container 9. The tubes in this hollow fiber deaeration module are formed of an amorphous fluoropolymer, a polytetrafluoroethylene or a polymethylpentene.
