Abstract:
The present invention enables the detection of a breakdown in a housing unit water supply temperature sensor, and thus may prevent the accuracy of specific heat compensation from decreasing due to a measurement error resulting from the breakdown in the housing unit water supply temperature sensor. In addition, the present invention may more accurately determine a breakdown in the housing unit water supply temperature sensor by distinguishing between a breakdown in the housing unit water supply temperature sensor, and a change in the temperature of housing unit heating water supplied to a housing unit. In addition, when a variation in the water supply temperature of housing unit heating water of a specific housing unit deviates from a first predetermined range, a variation in the water supply temperature of housing unit heating water of a similar housing unit included in a similar location group is also checked, and thus a breakdown in the housing unit water supply temperature sensor may be more accurately determined.
