Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a system message transmission method and apparatus, a user equipment, and a network device. The method comprises: obtaining scheduling information sent by a network device; determining, according to the scheduling information, transmission subframes scheduled by the network device for a system message, the system messages comprising a first system message and/or a second system message, the first system message being a system message of a first type, and the second system message being a system message of a second type; and receiving, on the transmission subframes, the system messages sent by the network device.
