Abstract:
A system, method and apparatus for implementing the reverse charging REV service
in the packet network, the system includes: one or more REV service control unit
for controlling REV service, one of which exchanges the session initiation protocol
SIP message with the call session control unit and exchanges the message with
the charging process module. The system, method and apparatus provided by the
invention can implement REV in the packet telecommunication network, furthermore,
the REV service can be implemented when the SIP terminal in the packet telecommunication
network is calling the terminal in the traditional telecommunication network.
