Abstract:
A computer-implemented method for approving and tracking ride hailing comprises: obtaining information of a planned transportation submitted through an applicant account; in response to receiving an approval for the planned transportation, enabling the applicant account to order one or more rides for a real transportation; tracking information of an applicant computing device associated with the applicant account during the real transportation to determine at least one of: if a starting time of the ride is within the approved time period, an ending time of the ride is within the approved time period, an origin of the ride is within a first threshold distance from the approved origin, a destination of the ride is within a second threshold distance from the approved destination, a cost of the ride is within the approved budget, or a number of rides for the ride is within the approved number of rides.
