Abstract:

The present invention provides a carbon evaluation system comprising an information processing device for evaluating, as a monetary value, the reduced amount of greenhouse gas expected to occur through a technological business, on the basis of: an estimated greenhouse gas reduction amount representing the reduced amount of greenhouse gas estimated to be caused by the technological business as an evaluated target; a greenhouse gas reduction calculation period during which the amount of greenhouse gas is reduced due to the technological business; a discount rate obtained by quantifying a risk which may occur in the technological business; and the price of an emission permit.
