Characteristics and advantages will become more apparent in the following description of preferred but not exclusive embodiments shown by way of a non- limiting example in the appended drawings, wherein:

figure 1 is a first view of a portion of a system for the construction of a building made of reinforced concrete, according to the present invention;

- figure 2 is a second view of a portion of a system for the construction of a building made of reinforced concrete, according to the present invention;

figure 3 is a third view of a portion of a system for the construction of a building made of reinforced concrete, according to the invention;

figure 4 is a fourth view of a portion of a system for the construction of a building made of reinforced concrete, according to the present invention;

figure 5 is a view of a detail of a component of the system shown in figures 1, 2 and 4; and

figure 6 is a view of a detail of another component of the system according to the present invention.

With reference to the appended figures, 1 indicates a system for the construction of a building made of reinforced concrete.

In particular, said system 1 comprises a plurality of first disposable formworks 2 of a substantially tubular shape, for the construction of pillars made of reinforced concrete.

In the disposable formworks 2 connecting members are provided to allow the vertical stacking around the reinforcement rods 3, through mutual coupling.

The formwork placed at the base of each stack formed by said plurality of first disposable formworks 2 also envisages fixing members to allow the fixing to the existing foundation or to the existing load-bearing structure.

The aforementioned system 1 also comprises a plurality of second disposable formworks 4 for the construction of the walls of a building.

Each second disposable formwork 4 provides a first panel 5a, a second panel 5b and a series of spacer members 6 arranged between the first panel 5a and the second panel 5b so as to keep them joined and parallel.

The aforementioned second disposable formworks 4 are also connected to the stacks formed by the plurality of first disposable formworks 2 and are assembled between one another so as to construct a structure having the exact shape to be given to the interior or exterior walls.

The second disposable formworks 4 placed at the base of the structure for the construction of the walls are connected to a series of base supports 7 (see figure 6), each of which is formed by a first longitudinal element 8a and a second longitudinal element 8b, joined by a series of transversal elements 9.

In particular, the transversal elements 9 are configured to allow anchoring to the existing foundation or to the existing load-bearing structure, through appropriate fixing means.

Otherwise, the aforementioned longitudinal elements 8a, 8b each have a corresponding plurality of connecting members 10b (ed. the connecting members of the first longitudinal element 8a are not visible in the appended figures) to allow them to be connected to the aforementioned second disposable formworks 4 for the construction of the walls.

In the first longitudinal element 8a and in the second longitudinal element 8b, a first plurality of seats 11a and a second plurality of seats lib are afforded, respectively, for housing the lower part of each spacer member 6 arranged transversally to the relative base support 7.

For the correct "flush" and "plumb" alignment of the second disposable formworks 4, before casting into them, a method is used with a system of metal templates that first envisages fixing a horizontal bar into the respective spacer members 6, then connecting vertical squares to such bar and, finally adjusting the height of the feet placed below such squares, actually to allow the vertical alignment of the second disposable formworks 4.

The aforementioned system 1 also envisages the use of a series of bars 12 that perform the double function of support and alignment for the walls to be constructed.

In the event of an earthquake, such bars 12 also allow the overturning of the infill either inwards or outwards to be prevented, since these are connected with the same load-bearing structure of the building.

The bars 12 are, in fact, threaded into corresponding first openings 13 afforded on the top part and on the bottom part of each spacer member 6, while the ends of each bar 12 are inserted into two first disposable formworks 2 being part of two distinct stacks of formworks for the construction of two pillars, through respective second openings 14 formed in the lateral walls of said first disposable formworks 2.

Therefore, in that way, the bars 12 on one side fix and mutually stabilise the formworks for the walls and, on the other side, allow the spacer members 6 to be aligned and therefore also the same second disposable formworks 4 that compose the structure from which the walls of the building will originate.

Clearly, the use of such bars 12 may also be provided in relation to pillars and walls to be created inside the building, and therefore not only in its perimeter.

Each bar 12 also has the function of making the related finished wall structurally cooperative, obtained after casting an appropriate mortar into the formworks for the walls, with the load-bearing structure.

The system 1 further comprises a plurality of third disposable formworks 15 for the construction of reinforced concrete beams for connecting the pillars.

The third disposable formworks 15 are preferably assembled orthogonally and at the top of each stack of first disposable formworks 2 corresponding to the height of a floor of the building under construction.

The third disposable formworks 15 are each substantially U-shaped and are arranged in line one next to each other so as to house within them the reinforcement rods 16 for the beams to be constructed.

The lower part of each of said third disposable formworks 15 has a substantially smooth surface, while in the respective lateral walls a series of recesses are formed for the ventilation of the concrete following the relative casting and for improving the adherence of the plaster to be applied subsequently to the third disposable formworks 15.

In the third disposable formworks 15 connecting means is also provided both for their mutual connection, and for connecting them at the top to the respective stacks of first disposable formworks 2 that define the height of each floor of the building. Each third disposable formwork 15 comprises a series of substantially U-shaped metal reinforcement brackets 17 for allowing the formwork on which they are assembled to withstand the pressure of the cast concrete without becoming deformed.

In particular, said reinforcement brackets 17 are used by inserting the relative ends into corresponding holes 18 formed in the upper edges opposite each third disposable formwork 15.

The various operating steps for the use of the system 1 described above will now be presented in succession.

Once the foundations and the structural slab of the building have been built, it is necessary, in the first place, to fix the first base disposable formworks 2 to the ground, inserting them from the top of the reinforcement rods 3 provided for the various load-bearing pillars and then stacking the other disposable formworks 2 on top of them, starting from the top of the reinforcement rods 3 until the desired height is reached.

At this point, the base supports 7 provided for the disposable formworks 4 can also be fixed onto the structural slabs for constructing exterior walls and interior partition walls.

Once the base supports 7 have been anchored, the panels 5a, 5b and the spacer members 6 of the various disposable formworks 4 can be assembled above them, inserting into the latter elements the corrugated elements for the systems, the aforementioned bars 12 and the door and window frames.

After the assembly of the disposable formworks 4 the relative alignment is provided through the template system described above.

At this point, the first cast into the disposable formworks 4 is performed for constructing the enclosure walls and the interior ones.

The cast is preferably performed in two steps: a first step for filling up to a predetermined level, for example the level of the window ledge, and a second step for completing the filling.

Following the cast for the two enclosure walls until flush with the beam, the concrete is cast in the first disposable formworks 2 provided for the construction of the structural beams.

Once the cast is finished for the aforementioned pillars, the third disposable formworks 15 are assembled for the construction of the connection beams, resting where possible on the enclosure walls already built.

Then, the reinforcement rods 16 previously clamped into the third disposable formworks 15 are inserted, the reinforcement brackets 17 are inserted into the holes 18 provided and, finally, the structural concrete is cast in said third disposable formworks 15.

The above is intended to provide an exemplificative and non-limitative description, therefore any construction variations are considered to fall within the scope of protection of the present technical solution as described above and claimed below.
