Abstract:
The present invention discloses a system and a method for controlling financial crimes by using double passwords, in which location information about an automated teller machine (ATM) is stored and managed in a third information manager, when the ATM is used normally, deposit or withdrawal is performed using a first password, and when a user uses the ATM while being threatened by a criminal, the location information about the ATM is transmitted to a financial server or a police-related device through the third information manager via the use of a second password, thereby enabling the police to arrive at the scene and apprehend the criminal.
