Abstract:
A system for customized ticket booking management and time save service (TSS) provision according to the present invention is a system for customized ticket booking management and TSS provision which provides a specific service to a mobile terminal of a member customer if the member customer satisfies a condition for receiving the specific service, wherein, if it is determined that necessary conditions for providing a TTS service have been met by verifying that the time of arrival at which a member customer who had booked a ticket arrived at the station of departure is within a first reference time earlier than the booked time of train departure of the member customer, and that the times of departure of other trains are earlier than the booked time of train departure of the member customer and are within a second reference time with predetermined time to spare from the time of arrival, then a TSS service request signal requesting a possible change of seat to a seat of another train of the same fare and same grade is automatically transmitted to a mobile terminal held by the member customer.
