Title:
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING VIBRATION PERFORMANCE OF HEAD SHEAVE OF MINE HOIST
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/080065
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for detecting a vibration performance of a head sheave of a mine hoist, comprising a sensor bracket (4), a laser displacement sensor (5), a sensor box (8), a collector (10) and an upper computer (11). The sensor bracket (4) is provided on a head sheave platform (1). Two laser displacement sensors (5) are provided on the sensor bracket (4), wherein one laser displacement sensor (5) is aligned to one side end face of a head sheave (2) and the other laser displacement sensor (5) is aligned to a radially outer edge of the head sheave (2). The sensor box (8) is provided on a bearing support (6). A sound sensor and an acceleration sensor are provided in the sensor box (8). The signal output ends of the laser displacement sensor (5), the sound sensor and the acceleration sensor are connected to a signal input end of the collector (10), and a signal output end of the collector (10) is connected to a signal input end of the upper computer (11) via the Ethernet. The present invention also relates to a method for detecting a vibration performance of a head sheave of a mine based on this system, and can achieve on-line detection of a working operation state of a head sheave of a hoist.
