Abstract:
A system and method for determining the blockage degree of an intelligent real-time air flue filter screen (12). The system comprises at least one fan (11) and a fan power drive unit (40), and further comprises a filter screen (12), an air flue information collection unit (20), a data processing center (30) and a cloud server (50), wherein the fan (11) and the filter screen (12) form an air flue (10) for setting an air operation path of the fan (11); the air flue information collection unit (20) is arranged on an air outlet side of the filter screen (12) so as to collect actually measured air state information of the air outlet side of the filter screen (12); the cloud server (50) stores a correlation between rotating speeds of the fan (11) and target air state information of the air outlet side of the filter screen (12); and the data processing center (30) acquires corresponding target air state information according to a current rotating speed of the fan (11) and receives the actually measured air state information, and comprises a comparison unit for comparing the actually measured air state information with the target air state information and determining the degree to which the filter screen (12) is blocked according to a comparison result, and an information report unit for reporting the blockage degree of the air flue filter screen (12) to the cloud server (50). By means of the system, the blockage degree of the air flue filter screen (12) can be intelligently acquired in real time, management and maintenance of the air flue (10) of a device are facilitated, and smooth circulation of air in the air flue (10) of the device is guaranteed.
