Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for gripping and transferring an object to be gripped using a vacuum gripper, the system comprising a vacuum gripper which grips and transfers the object to be gripped, wherein the vacuum gripper comprises: a vacuum plate consisting of a plurality of sectors which are able to independently control whether the sectors are in a vacuum state; and a server which extracts a shape and a center point of the object to be gripped from an image of the object to be gripped, individually determines whether the plurality of sectors of the vacuum plate are in the vacuum state or not, on the basis of the extracted shape and center point of the object to be gripped, and furthermore, outputs whether the plurality of sectors of the vacuum plate are in the vacuum state or not, so as to enable the vacuum gripper to be operated on the basis of the above determination on whether the plurality of sectors of the vacuum plate are in the vacuum state or not. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently grip and transfer objects to be gripped having various shapes without damage.
