Abstract:
[Problem] In the past, when one encountered danger, danger information was delivered to pre-registered family members. When the number of registered members was to be increased, the possibility of stalkers being included also increased. In other words, the delivery of the danger information might attract the stalkers. In view of this, the present invention addresses the problem of enabling such delivery without the stalkers being included. [Solution] The present invention provides a system and a method for group-based delivery, wherein: registered members are divided into groups with priority levels assigned thereto, a delivery area is next determined on the basis of inter-portable-terminal distances between a host terminal and other terminals, and information is delivered on a group basis to a group of terminals selected during the grouping or during the setting of the delivery area, or the group-based delivery is carried out upon determining a group of terminals under a condition that preference should be given to selecting the group in accordance with the priority levels by setting a target number of delivery destination terminals, or preference should be given to setting the delivery area in accordance with an increase in distance from the host terminal.
