Abstract:
The present specification relates to a system and method for allowing a user to feel as if the user were actually exercising and a muscle and a motor nerve to be trained by providing various kinds of stimulations according to an exercise situation provided in the virtual reality. According to an embodiment, a system for implementing kinesthesia in the virtual reality may comprise: a processor which is configured in a head-mounted display (HMD)-type electronic device, executes a virtual reality (VR) exercise application, and outputs stimulation information according to a current operation of the VR exercise application; and a controller for outputting a control signal to at least one of an electrical muscular stimulation (EMS) suit, a sole stimulation device, and a vibrator on the basis of the stimulation information.
