Abstract:
A system for implementing the prepaid in the intelligent network with a method thereof, comprises: SCP, SSP, PSTN and one or more charge servers connecting to SCP. when SSP triggers the service of the intelligent network in SCP, the service of the intelligent network checks the state of the local user needed charging; if allow for a call, indicate SSP to cut-in the call. After the call is over, SCP informs the charge server and up-reports this call information including the call duration information. After receive it, the charge server implements the prepaid server of this call logic, updates the user state of the local data-base when the user state changes, and informs SCP. After receive the inform, SCP updates the user state. The present invention can expedite the service providing speed, its compatibility is good, and when update the prepaid service, it will not influence the user call.
