Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for inspecting a section suspected of leaking, wherein the flow rate and water pressure in an injection pipeline (1) connected to a water pipe network (2) in which the section suspected of leaking is to be inspected are measured to calculate the friction loss coefficient of the injection pipeline (1), and the friction loss coefficient of the injection pipeline (1) is applied to each section of the water pipe network (2), in which the water pressure at node points is measured, to estimate the flow rate in each section and thereby estimate leaking sections on the basis of the change in flow rate in each section.
