Abstract:
A system for interactive teaching of parts assembly. The system comprises: an assembly site terminal and a back-end server; the assembly site terminal performs interactive teaching and performs parts assembly; and the back-end server receives information in the assembly process of the assembly site terminal and performs assembly supervision. According to the system and method for interactive teaching of parts assembly, the mounting of each step is performed interactively, and inspection and supervision are completed, thereby implementing intelligent error correction and ensuring assembly quality; an animation teaching video is used to guide an assembler to perform assembly, and assembler training efficiency is effectively improved; and the establishment of an error correction model is implemented by artificial intelligence. The working mode is flexible, and can be adapted to different materials and different assembly scenarios, and the interactive teaching of assembly processes for different parts can be implemented by means of tiny improvements.
