Abstract:
In the present invention, a DMA engine transmits data between a scratchpad memory and an off-chip memory in an off-chip area; an encoding engine performs encoding and decoding operations on sensitive data which requires protection of confidentiality; and a CPU detects when the sensitive data is saved to the off-chip memory and controls actions of the encoding engine and the DMA engine to manage the scratchpad memory, thereby protecting the confidentiality of sensitive data used in a computing system while improving the performance of the system.
