The present invention provides a system for manufacturing a wet-laid recycled nonwoven fabric. The system comprises: a first dispersing device for applying a physical impact to waste nonwoven fabric pieces in water to disperse the waste nonwoven fabric pieces; a second dispersing device for dispersing, by using a stirrer, the waste nonwoven pieces in a first waste nonwoven mixed solution discharged from the first dispersing device; a web manufacturing device for manufacturing a nonwoven web by introducing a mixed raw material solution into water through a sieve placed above the water, and then draining the water inside, the mixed raw material solution being formed by adding a fixing agent to a second waste nonwoven mixed solution discharged from the second dispersing device; a drainage unit for discharging water from the web manufacturing device; and a water recycling unit for recycling wastewater discharged from the web manufacturing device by the drainage unit, wherein the water recycling unit supplies water to at least one of the first dispersing device, the second dispersing device, and the web manufacturing device by processing the wastewater.
