Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for melting aluminum and recycling black dross, the system comprising: an aluminum melting furnace for melting aluminum scraps in molten aluminum; and a black dross recycling apparatus for recycling black dross generated when the aluminum scraps are melted in the molten aluminum. The aluminum melting furnace has: a heating chamber having a heating unit for heating the molten aluminum; and a melting chamber having a vortex unit for generating a vortex that descends while swirling in the molten aluminum, a flux supply unit for introducing a flux into the vortex, and a raw material supply unit for introducing the aluminum scraps into the vortex, wherein the vortex unit enables forming spherical black dross by having black dross repeatedly descend and ascend in the molten aluminum by means of the vortex, thereby spherically aggregating the black dross, which is formed by trapping, in the flux, inclusions included in the molten aluminum. The black dross recycling apparatus recycles the spherical black dross.
