Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for optimizing building energy on the basis of indoor environment parameter prediction and dynamic user setup. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a sensing portion for sensing temperature, luminance, and air quality inside a building and outputting an indoor environment parameter; an indoor environment parameter prediction portion for predicting the indoor environment parameter output by the sensing portion and outputting a predicted indoor environment parameter; a user-specific environment parameter setup portion for receiving information regarding the minimum/maximum setup of the indoor environment parameter for each of multiple users and extracting a single value from minimum/maximum values regarding the temperature, luminance, and air quality of the multiple users, respectively, thereby calculating a dynamic user setup point of the indoor environment parameter; a rule-based optimization portion for receiving the predicted indoor environment parameter and the dynamic user setup point of the indoor environment parameter, optimizing the indoor environment parameter by means of a rule-based algorithm, and outputting an optimized indoor environment parameter; an integrated comfort index calculation portion for calculating an integrated comfort index on the basis of the optimized indoor environment parameter and a predetermined comfort index calculation formula; and a purge controller for calculating the amount of power required to control the temperature, luminance, and air quality inside the building on the basis of the difference between the predicted indoor environment parameter and the optimized indoor environment parameter. According to the configuration described above, required power is reduced by an optimized environment parameter such that energy consumption can be reduced while providing users with comfortable indoor environments.
