Abstract:
A method and system for preparing micro-nano fiber Bragg gratings. The preparation system comprises a laser generation unit (1), a preparation unit (2), a displacement platform (3), and an upper computer (4). A sample is placed on the displacement platform (3), and the sample is a micro-nano fiber coated with a layer of cure adhesive. The laser generation unit (1) is used for generating femtosecond laser with a preset power value and transmitting the femtosecond laser to the preparation unit (2). The preparation unit (2) is used for focusing the femtosecond laser on the micro-nano fibers. The upper computer (4) is used for controlling the displacement platform (3) to move, so that the femtosecond laser scans along the radial direction of the micro-nano fiber, and preset Bragg gratings are cured on the micro-nano fiber. Preparation of the micro-nano fiber Bragg gratings does not involve a tedious grating sensitivity enhancement treatment process, and the grating period can be controlled and the reflectivity is high. Moreover, the prepared Bragg gratings are cured on the surface of the micro-nano fiber, and are extremely sensitive to external environments, and the provided preparation system is low in price.
