Abstract:
This system for evaluating stem cell differentiation comprises: a memory unit for storing a trained model that has learned the successes and failures of cell differentiation in association with combinations of stem cells and a differentiation induction method; an acquisition unit for acquiring a cells-of-interest image that is an image of cells of interest, i.e., stem cells subjected to differentiation induction, and for acquiring differentiation induction information, which is information regarding the differentiation induction method used for the cells of interest; and an estimating unit for outputting the differentiation success and failure information showing the estimation results of the success and failure of differentiation of cells of interest, on the basis of the cells-of-interest image and the differentiation induction information acquired by the acquisition unit and the trained model stored in the memory unit.
