The present invention delivers to a user a moving image for use in advertisement that is associated with a moving image to be viewed. The system according to one embodiment is provided with an advertisement moving image management server for managing advertisement moving images, and one or a plurality of moving image delivery servers for delivering the moving images. The advertisement moving image management server in one embodiment accepts an advertisement moving image from a delivery user, stores the advertisement moving image in association with the delivery user, and transmits advertisement moving image information pertaining to the stored advertisement moving image to the moving image delivery server. The moving image delivery server in one embodiment responds to a request from the terminal device of a viewing user, and transmits, to the terminal device of the viewing user, the screen data of a reproduction screen for reproducing a general moving image delivered by the delivery user. The reproduction screen reproduces, with prescribed timing, the advertisement moving image associated with the delivery user specified on the basis of the advertisement moving image information received from the advertisement moving image management server.
