Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing sensor data relating to a state of a component (6) for a service centre (4) by means of at least one sensor, which is provided on a mobile device (3) authorized for this, after successful authentication has been carried out between the mobile device (3) and the component (6). The system according to the invention allows the use of remote maintenance communication devices (3) in closed operational areas of a company without jeopardizing the protection of trade secrets.
