Abstract:
Proposed are a system and method for sharing a building parking lot, wherein the parking status of parking spaces in the building parking lot are sensed using a parking sensor based on a low-power, long-distance communication network, and the building parking lot can be used through an app of a mobile terminal. The proposed system for sharing a building parking lot provides a user with the parking status of a specific building parking lot, registers a vehicle number to a building management server to allow a vehicle to conveniently enter the building parking lot when using the building parking lot, and deregisters the vehicle number when payment is completed.
