Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a system and method for single point convergent hybrid access gateway. The conventional systems and methods for channel bonding have high processing overhead that affect the throughput from 20% to 40%. If the processing overhead is over 40%, then the channel bonding implementation is considered ineffective and unnecessary for implementation. The present invention provides a system for allowing channel bonding for at least two channels in a communication network, comprising a client device (1) connected to a channel bonding means (2); the channel bonding means (2) is connected to multiple internet gateways (3), IG, operated by Internet Service Provider, ISP; the multiple IG (3) are connected to internet (4); the internet (4) is connected to at least a device or server with cloud service or application (5).
