Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a system accident calculation unit for analyzing a credible accident in an electric power system including a renewable energy device on the basis of information that indicates the state of the electric power system; a control command unit for generating a control command on the basis of analysis results from the system accident calculation unit; and a renewable energy control unit for controlling the renewable energy device on the basis of the control command generated by the control command unit, wherein the system accident calculation unit expresses the renewable energy device among elements included in the electric power system as a three-phase instantaneous value model, expresses elements other than the renewable energy device among the elements included in the electric power system as the three-phase instantaneous value model and an effective value model, and uses the three-phase instantaneous value model and the effective value model to analyze the credible accident.
