Abstract:
A system and a method for traffic emergency intervention are provided, the system comprising at least a smart camera (10) and a traffic emergency intervention control unit (20), wherein: the smart camera (10) is set to analyze a real-time traffic video, if it is determined that there is an emergency vehicle through an intersection by analysis, then the traffic emergency intervention control unit (20) is notified to start an emergency intervention; when the traffic emergency intervention control unit (20) is set to receive the notification of starting an emergency intervention, a running line of the emergency vehicle through an intersection is analyzed, traffic lights to be gone through by the emergency vehicle are obtained, and control modes of the traffic lights to be gone through by the emergency vehicle are changed to emergency intervention modes successively.
