Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for wireless control of a pilot display unit, wherein the system can comprise: a central operating system for authorizing control rights to control the pilot display unit; a type determination unit for determining the type and current location of the aircraft to be guided; an automatic docking guidance system for controlling the pilot display unit on the basis of the type and current location of the aircraft determined by the type determination unit; and a manual remote controller for controlling the pilot display unit on the basis of the current location of the aircraft determined by the type determination unit.
