SYSTEM FOR MOBILE ASSEMBLING AND MANUFACTURING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2009/070857
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Invention Patent for a System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing, it's characterized by a attachment system that works perfectly within the forces system that influence directly over the building of the mobile (11), carrying with it the advantage of being easily altered, invested by the system, with no loss in the finishing or structural integrity of the piece. It is made of individual parts (1, 2) that transform. easily into a mobile (14) and that are previously prepared with a specifically built gutter made through the use of specific drills or milling cutters in "T" format (3), double "T" (10) or any similar format (15) object of the present description, that will serve as "female type" attachment element for the next part to be assembled (1); this part will be previously prepared with screws (6) or profiles (7) in the corresponding format of the gutter, fulfilling the role of "Male type" attachment element. It's then slided down a "male type" part (8) through the corresponding gutter (9) and there forth the assembling of the mobile.

CLAIMS 1st) "SYSTEM FOR MOBILE ASSEMBLING AND MANUFACTURING" is a different and particular assembling pattern and manufacturing. All the kinds of mobile can be executed through and can also be altered, reducted, amplified or dismembered easily (13) according to the needs of each client. This established pattern creates an harmonic system between the necessary parts and the assembling, which can be utilized in different kinds of mobiles. Except for little alterations in the finishing, all parts follow the same building pattern (page 1 and page 2); such pattern indicates that the system will remain the same and hardly will go through problems with replacement parts or interruption of the production line. The attachment system generates many advantages over the many different existent ways of building a mobile. It has full industrial potential of the mobile part (14), saving resources for it's mass production, economical in the building elements necessary for it's assembling without compromising the overall part quality, gives the final consumer practicity since one can transport it by one's own means, even in great volume objects since once it's dismembered, this operation is facilitated; it does not require a professional assembler, allowing it to be assembled and dismembered with ease by the final customer, allowing flexibility for alteration, replacement, amplifying or reduction in the piece, like a assembling game, allowing for huge advantages over the current mobile industry. The System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing is characterized by a attachment system that works perfectly within the forces system that influence directly over the building of the mobile (11), carrying with it the advantage of being easily altered, invested by the system, with no loss in the finishing or structural integrity of the piece. It is made of individual parts (1 ,2) that transform easily into a mobile (14) and that are previously prepared with a specifically built gutter made through the use of specific drills or milling cutters in "T" format (3), double "T" (10) or any similar format (15) object of the present description, that will serve as "female type" attachment element for the next part to be assembled (1); this part will be previously prepared with screws (6) or profiles

(7) in the corresponding format of the gutter, fulfilling the role of "Male type" attachment element. It's then slided down a "male type" part (8) through the corresponding gutter (9) and there forth the assembling of the mobile.

Description:

Title: "SYSTEM FOR MOBILE ASSEMBLING AND MANUFACTURING" DISCLOSURE OF THE PATENT The present invention patent's goal is to be a new System for Assembling and Manufacturing Mobiles. This system is relative to the construction of a mobile, eliminating the stages and situations first taken as "required" for the final piece. The new System For Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing is economical in the manufacturing of the required parts for the assembling, economical in the transport and space for stocking; allows the final client to execute the stages of assembling through his owns means with ease. The System For Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing is 100% reversible; it has an plug scheme with screws that attach to the parts of the mobile so they will be hidden, eliminating any attachment points, resulting in a clean finishing. The System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing creates building rules that establish an own and different standard. All kinds of mobiles built from it can be altered, made smaller, larger or dismembered easily according to the needs of each customer. This standard creates a system harmonized with the required parts for the assembling, which ay be utilized in different kinds of mobiles. Except little alterations in the finishing, all parts follow the same building pattern; such standardization indicates that the system will remain the same and hardly will encounter issues with replacement parts or the interruption of the production line. In view of the issues presented and with the goal to outlevel them, it was developed a new System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing, present patent object, which consists in a pluging scheme that is completely hidden and inverts the order in our current times of the use of screws in the assembling of the mobile. The parts to be used in the assembling of the mobile have gutters in the format of the "T" letter, double T's or similar, where screws or profiles are slided down in the corresponding format, fixed prior of the piece attachment. The screw or profile is placed before the part is attached in the other, establishing a notion if the mobile is well attached from inside out. This

system is completely reversible, not causing any interference in the related aspects of finishing or integrity of the part. This System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing allows even that the product comes assembled from the factory, so the assembling operation can be made without complications to the final customer. The mobiles come unmounted with the desired finishing; it eliminates several stages and does not require specialized professionals that are usually involved in the creation, construction, repairs and assembling of regular furniture. The client may wish to choose between the preconceived models, or even invent new configurations at their liking, acquiring parts with new measurements, formats and functions, adapted to the System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The following drawings shows the "System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing", present patent object, in the following manner: Page 1 shows in view, exemplifying the concept of attachment and frontal view a the mobile's model; Page 2 shows a variation in the attachment system with the double gutter and corresponding parts; Page 3 shows a perspective view of the possible parts and necessary for the assembling, as well as variations of gutter types; Page 4 shows a perspective view of the mobile being assembled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PATENTE According to the images above, the System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing, present patent object, consists of individual parts (1 ,2) that, used altogether, can easily become mobiles (14); the parts are come with a gutter (3) specifically built or executed though the use of specific drills and milling cutters in "T" format, or double T or any similar format that will serve as "female type" attachment elements (4) for the coming part to be attached (5); this part will be previously made with screws (6) or profiles (7) in the

corresponding format, gutter-like, fulfilling the function of "male type" attachment element. It's then slided down the "male type" part (8) through it's corresponding gutter (9), initiating the assembling sequence. The "T" format (3), double "T" (10) or similar (15) object of the present description, works perfectly fixation-wise, work and force influence in the construction of the parts for the mobile, setting a simple and safe attachment (11), serving perfectly the proposed concept. The order of the assembling and use of the screw is altered in it's principle, since it's used prior the attachment of the parts (12); the screw fulfils it's role and is hidden in a way that other resources to hid it are not needed. The minimal dimensions utilized and the format used in the attachment system allow it that, along with the assembling to it's final stage, the mobile parts become self-portatile. In reverse movement (13), it can easily unmount the mobile so it's rebuilt without functional, structural or aesthetic loss. In this System for Mobile Assembling and Manufacturing, the generated economy involves, initially, the increase of mobile industrialization potential, saving in the use of constructive elements, economy in the parts making, assembling manpower, logistic operations, transport and storage, increase in the use potential, repairs and flexibility of the same mobile piece.
