Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for monitoring congestion of activation trays, the system comprising: a tray transfer line that transfers a plurality of activation trays each accommodating a plurality of battery cells to an activation process and a subsequent process; a master tray that is disposed between the plurality of activation trays and transferred together with the activation trays along the tray transfer line; a position sensor that is provided in the master tray so as to detect the position of the master tray and to transmit position data thereof; and a control unit that receives location data from the position sensor and monitors the position of the master tray in real time so as to check a congestion section of the activation trays.
