Abstract:
A monitoring satellite (110), which has detected significantly high brightness, indicates emission time corresponding to the detection time, an emission coordinate value indicating the position where the significantly high brightness has been detected, and a line-of-sight vector at the detection time, generates emission tracking data including monitoring data at the detection time, and transmits the emission tracking data. A communication satellite (120), which passes a point in the communication range with the monitoring satellite transmitting the emission tracking data, receives the emission tracking data, and transmits the emission tracking data to the rest of communication satellites (120) via a satellite communication network.
