Abstract:
A system for monitoring the state of a parked vehicle is disclosed, the system including: a monitoring device installed in the parked vehicle; and a server for communicating with the monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device includes at least one sensor installed in the parked vehicle, uses the at least one sensor to receive information about noise and impact that occurs with respect to the parked vehicle, and transmits the received information to the server. The server determines the cause of the occurrence of the received noise and impact, and when the received noise and impact are determined to have occurred due to damage to the parked vehicle, delivers information about the damage to the parked vehicle to a user client.
